At Superior Food Safety, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience while maintaining clear and transparent policies:

Cancellations 14 days or more before the course start date:
Eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If a discount was applied at registration, the refund will reflect the adjusted amount.

Cancellations within 14 days of the course:
No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling:
Participants may transfer their registration to a future session at no additional cost. Service Fees:
Please note that the Corsizio platform fee ($1) is non-refundable, in line with payment processing policies.
Course Cancellation by SFS:
SFS reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule orreceive a full refund (excluding non-refundable service fees, if applicable).
